How do I contact your Customer Service ?

How can I change my order ?

It all depends on what stage you are at.

- If you have already paid your order : you will need to contact our customer service (boutique@daliparis.com / +33 1 42 64 65 15). We will try to block the shipment of the package and get back to you to change the order placed on the online store. However, if the package has already been shipped for over 24 hours, simply do not accept it upon delivery and ask for its return (you can also contact our Customer Service to guide you through the package return process).

- If you have not yet paid your order: it is very simple, you just have to go back to the previous sections, by clicking on "Previous" or using the backspace arrow on your browser. Everything is editable before payment .

Don't hesitate to customer service in order to be guided in your changes.

 

How are fragile items sent ?
It is extremely rare that a package arrives in bad condition because employees of the shop use good quality packaging , adding if necessary bubble wrap when packing your purchases.

 

I like to change my delivery address, what do I do ?

Just warn the shop's customer service as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to redirect the package to the correct delivery address if it has not been shipped.

What if the product I receive is broken or defective?
Extremely rare case. If such an incident would happen, just contact the Customer Service of the shop:

Therefore, you will be asked to take some pictures of the damaged product and send it to us. We will pay the return of the product in our reserves and will schedule the sending express a new product.
